Hi NYC'ers,

I'm in NYC on New Year's Eve, and I'm wondering where the best place is to be at this time. Any suggestions? I know Times Square is famous, but will be too busy - the rest of my group isn't too keen on going there. The 2 other places we've thought of are Central Park, where there will be fireworks, and Prospect Park in Brookyln. Suggestions for non-photo related places to be welcome, as well as good photo spots!
