Hi. Just got two rejections for photos submitted for print review.
The first one was due to compression artifacts. What the heck is that? It looked good when I printed it on my photo copier. I have had several people wanting copies and thought I'd refer them here.
The second was for poor quality. It was a sepia made to look like a painting and was made to order for a customer. It also had too much framing or space around the photo. But again, this was how he wanted it.
So, I know I could order it through my own prints account, but like I said it was for a sale and not for my personal use. I am trying to promote this site because I think it's a great way to provide prints without the hassle, wear and tear on my printer and a time saver. Any thoughts? I guess maybe this is somewhat of a rant. Sorry. Thanks for any help or ideas. Deleted the two in question and now I am gunshy. Don't know that I'll submit any more. |
