Yes and no. You can make the text bigger by lowering your screen resolution, but the pixel size of the font is in the website coding.
I mean, in the average browsers nowadays, there's the option of setting font size (extra small, small, medium, large, super large) on-the-fly while we are viewing a webpage. For example, on IE, there's the "View > Text Size" which change the font size regardless of the font size set by the webmaster.
actually, here, it doesn't change either, that option doesn't seem to do anything. Now, if it's caus it's a php page, or what, i dunno... That "text size" thing is more usefull when a person doesn't hardcode the text size (i think) (which would be done to keep the integrity of the site design).
Something else you could try is the Windows Magnifyer. If you go to START, then Programs, the accessories, you will find the magnifyer under accessability. It will put a little window up at the top of your screen and you can set how large you would like the text to be. It then mirrors the small text in a box at the top at a larger text size set by you. I'm using it now to post this. It magnifies the area where you cursor is, so it works for typing messages or critiques as well. I personally find it a little annoying, but it definately makes things bigger. Check it out, it's kindof fun. lol

When I type in this forum entry box, I have no trouble seeing the text.
It looks to me like Lucida Sans Typewriter (10) -- at least, that's the closest font I found in WordPad. The entry box for comments on challenge entries is a much smaller one. A sentence that is displayed 6 inches long in this forum box is only 3.5 inches long in the voting comment box.
I'd like to see all text entry on the site changed to the same one used for forums as it is easier to edit. I shouldn't have to do anything to change what I see as I switch from one text entry area to another.
