When I visited the Florida Keys(Islamorada) on the 4th of july 2000, I was expecting very special and spectacular fireworks (Like they promised on their website).
But the fireworks turned out to be much less than what we are used to here in Harderwijk, Holland.
And some dude with a only a few firecrackers said to me "typical for the Dutch not to buy any fireworks of their own"
I had a good time anyway ;-) |
