I came across this today and couldn't resist stopping to shoot it.

That's a really interesting shot. I love the clarity and detail. Background is perfect to help bring out that detail. Interesting use of a flag. I think though definately that it's the detail I like about this. Great texture.

I like the soft (almost pastel) colors of the shot. Looks like one of those little 3 x 5 inch flags like the one I have on the antenna of my truck. Although mine only has about 1/3 of the material left. They wear out fast (like the one in your photo) even tho I reinforced it with extra stiching. Time to replace it with a new one I guess. :)
