The first one seems a little soft focused for that kind of shot. The other two are rather good, but they are standard views and not particularly creative. Could you try different angles or takes on these well-known places?
They're not bad. The second one seems like it is falling backards and maybe the horizon might be a little slanted. I like the capitol building. I agree with Jak on trying to get some different angles. I could see people buying them as postcards though.
