You don't need photoshop to save to web. It is just needed to upload file (by ftp or by web) to some place just like at DPC.

You don't need photoshop at all. You just need to be a paid member to add pictures here at dpc. Once you are a member you can upload to your Portfolio as easily as you submit an image to a challenge. No photo editing software required, just need to have an image file anywhere on your hard drive that fits the dpc size requirements.
