I haven't voted on that shot yet, but maybe what is happening is that from the rules, it says that you can not use "work in it's entirety", some examples that have been discussed in the past are statues, computer screens, TV moniters, and the obvious, paintings and murals. While they aren't saying that it's someone elses work, they might be seeing it at something similar to what I just mentioned. I wouldn't worry about it, it doesn't break the rules, but you could write to Drew or Langdon to ask for an administrator's note to be added to say that it is in fact legal, and doesn't break the rules. You would have to provide proof, and they will do what they see nessasary. (obviously, I can't say that they WILL add one, cause I can't speak for them, but most likely they will do that for you). Good luck, and don't worry too much about it. It's just a missunderstanding on the commenters behalf.

And I do agree with Konador, discussing the photos ahead of time is generally looked down upon, and although it is unfortunate, some people will actually mark you down for doing so. Usually just better to grin and bear it till voting is over. Take care!
