I took the day off work yesterday for the sole purpose of driving up to San Francisco and taking pictures all day. Originally I thought to take a bunch of dark B/W candids of the various “interesting” people there, but taking candids was not as easy as I had hoped. After a couple of hours of taking some not-so-interesting candids (and getting shooed away from some elderly ladies in Chinatown), I decided to change tactics and go for capturing the more “colorful” aspects of the City (at least before it started raining). Below are a couple of examples from my "Colors of San Francisco" collection. I’d love to get your opinions!
