I want a new lens. Now after tearing my hair out, going near blind reading reviews and asking in forums, I think I know what I want. I actually am still tossing between one and the other.
Canon 28-135 IS USM (yesterdays top choice)
Tamron 24-135 (todays top choice)

BOTH are backordered.

So what does that mean? Probably a new 28-135 is coming, an 18-125 IS USM which would then be my top choice, but does anyone know? Do i wait an hope it is so? I hear nothing but good regarding the Tamron, so is it just BO'd because the Canon is not available, or is it just a hard lens to get a hold of? The Canon i can get used off ebay, the tamron is just plain not out there.

I'll be ready to order in about 10 days....it's just so frustrating!

Oooh baby!
I just checked my powerball ticket from yesterday. I never win. I spend $5 when the jackpot is 200million or more and maybe win $3. I always use quickpick.

Well, i was a the mall yesterday, a rare place for me to go, but Xmas is coming and all, and so why not. it's cold outside.

I buy $2 worth, and choose the numbers. I won!. Well, ok not the jackpot of "only" $30 million, but I'm $100 richer now!

My stuff is selling on eBay...less than 10 days. IF there is anything for me to buy!

The Canon is available at 17th Street Photo Canon

I have purchased stuff there with good service.
