Not to get any submission in trouble, but I just want to understand for my own future postings, how can a photo like 'Femme-Tech' in the current challenge be done then?

jumpn2it, This technique keeps coming up over and over so you might find more detail in one of the other threads. If you take a shot that has a strong color in it (like blue) and turn it up while turninging down the other colors the effect is to generate what you see in "Femme-Tech". It has also been used in "Tobacco Seriously Damages Your Health" and "Greetings from Hickory N.C." among others. For the record, images like this CAN be done legally. Simple saturation adjustments. However, I also believe that the photos should not be discussed here in the forum. If you doubt the legality of a photo, request it for DQ so Drew or Langdon can investigate the exif Data. Remember however, even in the event that you request DQ, please rate the photo as if it were done LEGALLY. If found otherwise, appropriate action will be taken. ~Heather~
I agree that if accusing someone of posting an illegal image the best way is to do it privately. I was not accussing though, I was just curious how this was done legally. The reason I asked first if it was illegal to do hand coloring is because if it was, then I would have known how this photo was done. Thanks for responding all!
