i was in process of responding when i saw your camera--and i have to say i think you are very brave to take the 10D down! :) my plan is to get housing for my G2 when (whenever) i get my 10D--i'm less afraid of losing that one, if anything should happen.
anyway, after my bad rented dive camera experience in belize--i think the most important thing after the housing are the strobes. lenses (to me) can come later unless i get some kind of deal with the housing that might include a wide angle and macro lens. telephoto might be cool for shallower dives, but you probably want to stay within range of your light source.
