Interesting legend. I couldn't figure out the picture when I saw it. Then I saw another one, so I looked it up on the Web and found many references to the story. Cute.

It's an urband legend (it's not true, magnetic9999!). It's not specific to Americans, although it's probably more prevalent here. It's really an Internet urban legend since that is how it's gotten the most exposure. I understand people not scoring it well due to not getting it, although I am bummed that I came in so far behind the OTHER Neiman Marcus Cookie photo. I can in 98th and the other shot came in 49th.
