I have thought about that throughout the year. So far I have seven shots that no one has seen that I have set aside for the best of 2005 challenge.
It has been very hard not to enter some of them in a challenge a few times or post them in my portfolio and ask for comments, but so far I have held them back. I would consider them some of the best pictures I have ever taken but thats just me. I just hope the 'Best of 2005' is advanced editing :)
My "Best of 2005" shot has already been DQ'd from "High Contrast" challenge, LOL.
