Forum searching is back (momentarily). Please let us know of any problems you experience. There are currently two improvements/fixes that I need to make before it's completely polished:
1- The search engine stems words (search for apples, it finds apple and apples) but the highlighting engine does not.
2- The results are currently ordered by date, thought I want to get them ordered by weight instead.
Edit: Also, it is unfortunately NOT real time. The index runs three times daily.
Have fun with it.Message edited by author 2005-09-16 00:20:09.

No, there's still being abrasive and stand-offish.

Thank you, been missing it -- and also thanks for fixing the highlighting so it doesn't break links.

That must explain why the site went back to normal speed!
Too bad though--searching is important, and was working well.

Hi Harvey,
You can submit to the open challenges by clicking on the link that says "view details and submit" and then clicking on "browse" to locate the photo you want to enter and filling out the pertinent information and hitting submit. Please make sure to read the rules first, there are some pretty specific ones.
