Friday was an incredibly beautiful day, so my wife and I decided to venture up one of the local canyons after work for a bit of a fieldtrip. I really liked a number of the shots I wound up with and thought I'd post a link to a few of them here.... (Critiques are most definitely welcome.)
Tony Grove Lake
Tony Grove Lake is a snow-fed high mountain lake. In fact, I was somewhat surprised that it was even open this time of year, but we've had a mild winter and a heck of a heat wave. Leaves on the aspens are just starting to bud out, and many of the wildflowers are just coming into bloom. |
