I've seen many challenge submissions that have an unbelievably white background.
How is this accomplished? I have PS 7. I know it's not a bleached white sheet
those boots are sitting on so what gives?

Are you referring to my Dancing Boots entry in the From Above challenge? If yes, they are sitting on a white glossy poster board in natural sunlight.
