Hey everyone,
I have this picture i can't seem to save... Its badly overexposed and somewhat blurry... anyone has any idea how to make it better?

Is this any better for you? I used a fix type of filter on it and then a little burning. It's a little better, but I am sure others here can make this perfect.

Here's an 8 minute fix. It's a bit too surreal now that I step back & look but I am digging that change in the building in that background.
I'd actually turn the opacity down more on my NI layer. Hmmm...

Sepia works pretty well.

How's this? Could do better from full-size original... Aside from contrast maskinf and leveling, the thing here was using the healing brush to give the queen back some forehead. Also, for the hell of it, I removed the grey drum-band from the guy on the left.

All I did was use the "remove makeup" tool. ;-)
