I'm in the Flint/Fenton area and could easily do anything within 150 miles. Lots going on this time of year so would have to have some tentative dates/locations.

Definitely sounds like there is interest. I'm more of a 'sooner than later' person, so maybe shoot for sometime in September? If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, requests or thoughts in general, throw 'em out here and we can wade through and see what develops?
Obviously, since I started the thread, I'm willing to be in on logistics and organizing...although I'm definitely not the most organized person :-P ...leave it up to me, I could have everbuddy meetin' at different times in different places! hehehe, just kidding...kinda... :-D
Regarding earlier than later.....this weekend I plan to be on Woodward with about 1.7 million other people. I'll be the one with the camera.
Regarding September, the 17th would work for me. Hopefully the plan is for a weekend day rather than a weekday.
Regarding location, have no particular must have's. Landscapes, people, archetecture. I always like photographing Churches, cars, balloon launches etc. Isn't there one in Battle Creek coming up?

Battle Creek Balloon Fest was last month. I live Between Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, I sometimes have to work Saturdays and we don't know until 2 days before we would have to work, but if it's near here somewhere, I might be able to at least stop by and say hi. Keep me informed. ~Heather~
Unless a job drops in my lap in the next coupla days, this is a crappy time of year for me. Have to be an away game weekend and later in Sept. is better than earlier. I have to hire a new crew... :-(
Hey everybody! :) The 17th sounds good to me. Anything after the first week of Sept, and on a weekend. Just tell me when and where, and I'm all for it!
I could also fit in the 4th weekend in Sept as well as the 1st weekend in Oct as things stand now. There will probably be a fall challenge so a "color" shoot might also be a secondary possibility. With the location being essentially "local" we might consider more than one date.
I'm game.... I know I know kinda late in the game, but hey! as for dates, I will be out of town the week of the 12th, and won't be back till the 18th... so anytime after that is good for me.
I might be in Germany on the 17th, but it's uncertain.
We could go to the Gilmore Car museum out in Hickory Corners. Just an idea.
LOL...I can walk to the GCM. It is so far out in the middle of absolutely no where, that I'd be afraid we'd get people lost trying to get here. I mean, it's literally in my backyard, so I obviously wouldn't get lost. lol.
