hi as my photo is more square when i upload it I get this message ....
Your image is 2560 x 2485 pixels, which translates to an aspect ratio of 1.03:1. We do not offer any prints that fit this aspect ratio.
What can I do to sort this?

You need to crop it down to 2485x2485 or expand it to 2560x2560 so that it is exactly 1:1.

Bod beat me to it. If it will have a negative effect on the photo by cropping the small amount. You could add a border to make your aspect ration 1:1. I have done it on some of mine.
