Thank you everyone (especially Clara & Di & Terry) for making this weekend's NotaCon in Washington DC possible and so much fun. It was my first time at a DPC GTG, and it was very cool! Of course, I was self-conscious about the size of my equipment, when I saw these people whipping out huge cameras, lenses, and tripods, but I realize that it really is all about how you use it. LOL ;-)
I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next one now... It was great meeting everybody - Thanks again!
Yes! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! We just got home from the airport and wanted to say that it was great meeting all you guys and I can't wait to see the photos. What a great time and so well organized!! You guys Rock! :-) Now go and get lots and lots of well deserved sleep. ;-)

oh Jimmy, It's not the size of the equipment it's what you do with it... and it did look so cute on the tripod...
Vince and I had a blast, and enjoyed being a tourist in our own backyard.

Certainly, I was glad to meet so many DPCers. I hope that we can have another one soon, but not too soon. I heard rumors of a Vegas Notacon. So Id need to save money ;)
Clara, Terry, Di, just want to thank you for a great time! All the work you all put into it really made a difference. It was amazing how well you all managed to pull everything together without a hitch. Clara, hope you get over your cold!

Oh yeah, I also have to say thanks for my two travelling chums that got me to the Metro safely..... although a little worse for wear after all that power walking!! :-) Thanks Tom and Shannon!! And I'm sorry you didn't get that elusive moon shot Shannon! :-P

Huge thanks to Clara, Terry, Di, for everything - we had a great time meeting everyone, and so much appreciate all your efforts in putting this event together. Thanks to mcrochip for bravely hosting us on Friday night - it was so much fun!
My husband and I apologize for our abandonment of the dpc zoo crew on Sat, we lost you guys, didn't have anyone's cell #, and had to get home - our "children" (dogs) were home alone for way too long.
It was wonderful to meet each and every one of you, and we hope that we are fortunate enough to be able to meet up with you again in the future.
