Why in the Help section for sellers does it say We accept two file types for printable files: JPEG and TIFF. but underneath the upload a printable file in the portfolio is says that only jpegs are currently accepted
That page has not been updated from the initial DPC Prints release, when TIFFs were accepted for a while...that's also why the other page says "currently," because it could change again in the future.
