I believe that Ruben will be voted off tonight and the final will be between Kimberly and Clay. Clay being the American Idol. Stranger things have happened.
I think Ruben is excellent but doesn't mix it up enought. Clay seems to be able to sing anything well. Kimberly has come a long way and has a really great voice but I think she needs more training.
I want Kimberley to win, but I think that she will go tonight:(
I think the final will be a popularity contest - who has more rabid fans willing to waste time on the phone? A full-bodied Luther Vandross sound-alike or a elfish Broadway boy? Who knows???
I'm just upset that the phone numbers don't work from Canada!! Oh, well, Canadian Idol starts on June 11th!! Here comes the next Shania, Celine or Avril!!!!

No, I don't know if it's going to be run in the US (but I've emailed the address on the website to inquire) - it's on CTV here - if you're near the border you'll probably be able to pick up the broadcast. Here's the website for it ... Canadian Idol

Yeah, but Ruben is a bit boring, there's not much there except for an incredible music talent. I think more people can relate to Clay, he works an admirable job and goes to school, I think he has more "Idol" attributes.
They both will have incredible careers, I am sure.

Now, who do you think will win after seeing the final show? I thought both did great and have a feeling that Clay will win. He nailed it on his last song.
Clay should win - I got goosebumps listening to Bridge Over Troubled Water and I even sort of liked that original song he did. Ruben didn't do that great of a job last night, in my opinion.

Me too Kim, I actually think Clay will win, based on last night. Of coures, if I was going to purchase an album, I would buy one from Ruben before I would by Clay's because Ruben's voice is much mellower.

Reuben's voice might be mellower, but who's voice would you reconize on the radio? I think Clay's is much more distinguishable, that is one reason why he should win, his voice is more original.

I agree, Clay actually pronounces his rrrrrrs. And I like that about him.

Yeah, that's a good way to describe it! That was when everyone would go crazy when he was singing last night.
