I suspect that at this time larger prints from digital will have to be done on wide-format injets, not photo paper.
Search for "printing," "signs," or "banners."
Cantoo in Berkeley says they can print on Fuji paper up to 50" wide.
For the other end of the scale, westcoast imaging //westcoastimaging.com will do up to 50"x120" and it'll cost you $450 if you do the preperation yourself...
If you had the money I'm sure you could get a billboard printed. The theatre my girlfriend runs just had two images printed at something like 18x12 ... feet.

You may have already thought of it but a video(slideshow) could do the same thing, except you can't view them all at one time. I did one for my sisters wedding.
Aaron: it was my first idea but to come up with the slide machine etc... it is a bit too complicated to set up at the hotel (well for me!). And the poster could remain as a souvenir... It's not done yet but I have a good idea. Thanks for sharing.

to make one would be quite simple, all you need is a slideshow program on the computer, even screen savers work, and then all you need is a pc(VGA)-tv(RCA or S-video) converter, plug it into your vcr and tape away.
Yeah, I admit a poster would be a better souvenir than a video. It is something that could be viewed with out having to dig in the closet to find. :)
