My wife and I are thinking of trying to hit Costa Rica / Belize sometime in late August. Does anyone have experience traveling there? Is this a decent time to go or should we head to Lisbon instead? Any tips or suggestions?

I just picked up the Tokina 12-24mm which should arrive Tuesday so I'm most excited to try it out somewhere other than NJ.

I don't know what the weather will be like in August. They told us we were in the transition to the rainy season in May. We had a great time there.

Sucks to have a Yahoo site for those pictures - they shut it down because of excessive traffic. :(

I know. That's why I haven't linked it here before. It usually is OK after an hour or so.
