There's a picture in the multi image challenge that has a background/border that is a picture (It'd probably be wrong to talk about that specific picture since it's still being voted on). But that challenge bypassed all the "post-shot adjustment" rules.. The border rule is:
Borders: Your submission may include a border, but the border may not contain any text, clip art, photographs, or other artwork.
So I'm pretty sure that's not allowed in normal challenges. |
