I dunno why but quite a few people asked me how I did my shot.

So, here's how I did it :-/
First, I knew that my C-2100UZ is my most IR sensitive camera so I chose it for the shot
Then, I put a Hoya RM90 Infrared Filter on it (900nm drop off one of the more powerful IR filters around - 240$ retail value)
I turned off Image Stabilization since that causes a tiny bit of blur
Set ISO to 100, Aperture to f/8 and 3.2 second exposure to properly expose the shot.
Then I cropped it, adjusted curves & levels and sharpened it. That's it. No NeatImage, no weird photoshopping.
Also, if you look at a lot of IR photography you will notice that they tend to be a bit on the softer side because of the lack of contrast between foliage. There's a few other things but I don't want to make this a huge post :-/
