I buy all of my memory on EBay. I found a 512Mb CF card today for less than I paid retail for a 256Mb a month ago (I don't usually buy retail, but I needed another card for a trip). Just make sure it's a reputable seller, and you chaeck all the details like shipping, duty, taxes etc.
