PS I understand totally where you're coming from but... it's not as though this site hasn't changed hugely since many of us first joined and most people would probably agree that most changes have been for the better.
Whilst I understand the adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" there's also a lot to be said for progress rather than stagnation.
That said I do agree that it's good just as it is!
It is quite possible that if I were getting 7+ scores and all nice comments, and along with that if all the forum posts were like this one, I would probably leave the site as uninspiring and uninteresting.
It is better this way, with my blood pressure going on a sinewave!
This isn't even a rant! Someone should lock this thread immediately.
I thrive on change. Change everything. Change it daily. That would be heaven. New, better, improved. Let's do it NOW. Sorry, I've been indoctrinated to much at my job.
