I have come across a couple of references to Ghetto Lighting. I don't know what this is. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Basically it's lighting on a budget -- going to Wal-Mart and picking up 2 or 3 500 Watt shop lights for $50 instead of spending $1500 on a pro light kit.
