I got this great scene after the weather challenge :(
I tweaked it a liitle (hue/saturation and neatimage) but one thing i find a bit disturbing is the foreground. Besides being uninteresting there an ugly blue cast. I have tried spot editing but the results were too obvious between the sky and the bulidings (strong lines appearing). Need some pointers in post processing.
And yeah, also suggestions in cropping and how to correct the vignetting (I think there are)
Are you kidding? I LOVE this shot. If you really want to change the blue cast, use the magnetic lasso, highlight the entire city area, and play with it like that. If I cropped, it would be a sliver off the top and left sides.

I like it too - though I can see your point with the city stuff - not that it's uninteretsting, but it is a bit cluttered and messy. Like the blue anyway.
First thing I'd try is creating a duplicate layer, erasing the sky from that so you get you original sky showing, use quite a soft brush for the erase then the 'join' won't show so much, and then blurring the cityscape quite a lot in the duplicate layer - like a radius of 4 or so Gaussian. Then I'd think about playing with the blue cast, if you really must! You can then adjust the opacity of the duplicte layer so that you get the balance you want with the original image. The great benefit of that is that it's completely non-destructive - leaves your original image entirely alone.
Cropping - I think i'd try taking the taller building on the right out of the shot. You could also perhaps lose half of the foreground without hurting things.
Great shot! Don't change anything and definitely don't blur the city or change it's color. The blue compliments the orange sky pefectly. What would you do, desaturate the blue city and make it gray? That wouldn't work at all. I really like it the way it is. Nice job.
Hey, I don't have that great color in this Cloudscape from earlier today, but I like how closely the shape of the cloud mirrors the opening in the branches.

I think I agree about taking out the tall building on the right, or maybe try applying a moderate perspective modification so it is vertical along the right border.
I like the light on the buildings, although I can't decide if I like that particular blue or would like another color better. Even though it moves the horizon off the 1/3 line, try cropping off the bottom "row" of buildings, so you have just one main row -- I think it strengthens the impact of the sky. Overall photo, and color are stunning.
