I'm sure I'm wrong but I can seem to find a past challenge with more submissions than
this one.

You may be right.
The highest I can remember was the first Macro challenge which had 302 entries.

That was my impression too, one over 300 once before...but then the other one didn't have so many either! A real double-whammy this time. Plus four challenges? Maybe I should have scheduled a vacation week...

The two extra submission days might have played a role in that.

And the staggered challenges. I have no recollection of ever getting over 110 votes on a member challenge in the 2 months I've been around. I think the stagger will work out really great.

And we get 2 'vote rushes'. I can waste a whole morning clicking the update stats button twice a week now : )
