I have a picture for the current challenge, multi-image, what is the legal size to summit,on this type of photo, i have messed up my picture trying to resize it to fit the standards. now it is just a big blur, or little blur. any help out there?

Words of advise...and they are carved in stone:
Never work on the original.
If your shot is 640x480 the width being: 640- then divide in equal (or not sometimes you can have one smaller or two-can also work)
Of course you'd do the same if the shot was 480x640 and the width was 480.
Of course allow for margin/frame ect.
