Arie, would be good to have you join on Sunday.
On Saturday, they start out and by Sunday, they finish. So you'll get near to finished works, which will be good.
I intend to go both days so come Saturday night, people can see what the artists are working on.
I intend to use my new Tamron 17-35, Tokina 12-24, and Canon 28-135 IS.

I think I may go to the Venice Carnivale on Saturday, but will be here on Sunday as they will have finished their work by then. I would have liked to have pictures of them drawing and a finished version, but I can't be at two places at once I guess.
Unless..... I get my evil twin brother to fill in for me at one venue....
Sidewalk stuff, maybe Sunday. My sister in laws are coming on Monday, so I may have to clean all day Sunday, but I'll try to get out there for an hour or two. What time are you going on Sunday?

I've checked their post and the artfaire is from 10AM-7PM.
On Saturday, I'll be there toward mid day, so that the artists have had a few hours to get started.
On Sunday, I'm going to the Peterson's Automotive Museum at 10AM to shoot cars and plan on returning around 3PM or so. I'm hoping the light will be softer and all the artwork will be done, so I can have shots of the artwork being worked on and the finished work.
I can't make it either day, unfortunately. Spending Saturday with Katy and then Sunday my niece has a ballet recital in the morning and not sure what's going on in the afternoon. Might have dinner with Katy and my parents. Either way, my weekend is booked solid already.
So are we staying from 11-1 sat. Tom? Then off to venice or whats the plan?

If you want, I can pick you up around 10:30 or so, get back here to take pics, download the CF cards (for me onto my computer, I can burn your images into a CD ROM), then jet off to Venice. We can try to meet up with some other photogs from Yahoo group sites, and then leave whenever we feel like. I'll drop you off from Venice.
