Used to refer to it as Richard Edward myself as I actually knew a right one at uni who was baptised with these two Christian names by his none-too-bright parents!
I know some don't like me because I "Rub them wrong".
I can be a RICHARD CRANIUM sometimes, its a flaw in my personality.
The means to my excistance is three kids and not photography, and the ends to my life are these kids.
my hangups mostly are on a coat hanger, however, sometimes those clothes fall down, and I am the only one that can make it right again.
I will still submit work. But, for now I will also pick and choose my contests, and stay on the sidelines as rgo suggested.
Dang, I'm dosappointed. I thought the REAL focus of your life was invading England with war canoes, and I've been working on the staging area here for a couple weeks, per your statement that you were coming this summer to launch the assault.
You may be rubbing a few people the wrong way, but you're also making some interesting points (albeit somewhat bluntly) and amusing a lot of us as well with things like the abovementioned...
Hey sj don't be so hard on yourself. When I entered the minimalism challenge I knew my shot was out of focus and got a lot of comments regarding it. I got kinda upset at first but after talking it over with Manic I realized to take it as a lesson learned. Sometimes people say stuff they regret in the heat of the moment. I now only enter challenges that inspire me to try new stuff. Take it with a grain of salt and keep shooting and sharing your work. To me this website is about a community of friends sharing a passion we all love. The challenges are just an extra. Enjoy the ride and keep at it. Never, ever, give up.

man, dont site on the sidelines. i looked at your work and its great. c'mon, dont hold out on us. if some people get upset about something, so be it. im a Chiropractor....more people than you will EVER call me a quack and ive even lost what i thought was good friends over my profession. just let it roll off your back. life is too short to give in to "them" and the way "they" think. as B.J.
