Can't you set this as a challenge? A non photographic one? Just set a page with what you want of the icons and what sizes and set a date deadline and let the many icon gurus here play, enter their offerings in same way as we enter the challenges, and then we can all vote but the final decision on winner is yours.
Most of the icons that I have been working on are for future medical products, and since the products are not yet in the market, cannot post a link here. I would love to work on what ever your requirements are as this site is very dear to me. If you want I can send you a seperate mail including some of my work.
