We're moving the whole site to a new server (and database), and we hope the move will help with site speeds... though we really won't know for sure until people start hammering it. When the site had 50 users and used Access as a database, it worked great ;) I assure you, though, that site speed is high on our priority list, and we'll do everything we can to get the site moving as quickly as possible.
