ok so the deal is that my file size is 100k, and it is telling me that i dont meet the size requirments.... now i am really confused because i didnt go over my 150k..... i also (in photoshop) saved for web and got my file size down to 27k and it is telling me the same thing, if anyone could help that would be great.

Is it having a problem with the file size as in kilobytes (i.e. less than 150K) or the file size as in dimensions (640 x 480 or 640 x 427)? What are the height and width of your image?

it is having trouble with the dimentions..... and it tells me try (XXxXX), but then i look and my picture is already those dimentions.... very confusing
