OK, just felt I had to make a quick post on this issue.

Challenge is not just about weather, but clearly states that it includes the effects of weather. Please keep this in mind.

Given that you're talking to people who can't even read the challenge details it's unlikely you're going to get through to them by posting in the forums ; ) but I hear ya!

I think they just went in circles with that description. Weather is one thing. Weather and its effects is another. Weather and its effects on the environment is a third. I think the environment part might have only confused the issue even more. I think the environment is just about anything, but some ppl would probably not agree.

Well, my photo was a gamble. I knew it would get a good amount "dont see how this relates to the challenge" comments. But the first 3 comments I got were positive. Hmm! Perhaps I misjudged the voters... maybe they do see it!

The next 3 comments were the "cant see how this relates to challenge" variety. So I was just a bit peeved. I'm over it :)

I gave good photos that show effects on the environment high marks. That's hard to do (show the effects well) so I rewarded good shots. Mcmurma, which photo is yours (PM me). I'll let you know what score I gave your pic if you're interested in knowing.
