I think so far its a little of both. My color entry was pretty last minute, well I had I guess 2 days to think about it. I am looking forward to the new ones to be announced so I can get planning lol
I think I can tell how full on it is in here, as one of my friends seems to love it here. Thats how I found this place :)

I think aussies take over everything lol I know a lot of message boards that I have been on in the past, the Australias out numbered the Americans, even when they were American sites lol
HAHAHA well you should know by now that I don't do work lol I pretty much just have to answer the phones, which is why I can not wait for a proper job with proper responsibilities :) Keep your fingers crossed that I get that call soon too :)
By the way M, I have decided if I get this job today, that I might celebrate and become a full member here. I will see how I go today, but I love these challenges, its a cool idea, and a very cool site :)

I just wanted to say you aren't the only newbie, I haven't posted anything yet, I just registered tonight. But, I am scared to even post a photo. This site has helped me so much already. I am very new to photography. I have seen lots of it, but have never really been able to try it myself. Anyway. I will try to get a pic in the next round about the Weather. I am from NM so I have a few good options. Good luck.

BTW, you must be REAL good, since you've been a member only a few days, we have not seen any of your pics yet, but already 2 people have chosen you as one of their favorite photographers. How did you do that?
