Mission Trails Regional Park (San Diego) has their 2005 Photo Contest going on now and accepting entries until the 19th of May. Anyone in the SD area may want to take a day trip over there as there is some neat stuff to see. I Seen a White Tailed Kite, a Golden Eagle and Sharp-shinned Hawk my last trip.

MTRP is where I took this for the Ansel challenge.

When they say a trail is rated 5 believe em (but thats were the really good pictures area).

Wow, thanks for sharing! I'm always looking for new places to go in San Diego. I've been here for 3 years and havn't seen a thing, but I may be leaving in a year if I decide to attend another university after graduating, so I want to make sure I visit all the nice places San Diego has to offer before I'm gone.

Another Heads up guys...Del Mar fair is accepting entries (not photos at this time) for the 56th Annual International Exhibition of Photography. Entries must be received by 5:00pm April 29th.

They are also having a seperate exhibit of Photo Journalism

The way I read this is that it is open to all interested photographers.
