The wife and I have been looking at homes for a few months now and finally found one we liked. It just came on the market Monday night, we walked the house Tuesday with our realator and told her Tuesday we wanted the house. Today we filled out and signed the offer and had it sent to the seller, they counter offered and we agreed (still much less than the asing price).
We fil out some more paperwork tomorow, then walk the house again with the inspector on Monday. Our expected closing date is April 15!!!
YEEEAAAAHAAAAWWW!!!! no more 1 bedroom condo. I will acually have room for a small studio set up other than our very small kitchen I use now.
The current owners are just about finished with a lot of remodeling and new upgrades. One is a built in PC work station/entertainment center.
It has a hot tub in the back yard :) and a small fish pond!!!
There are a few things we will fix and change, but thats all gonna be fun to do. Now I cant wait to move in.
