//www.PhotoReflect.com doesn't seem to be too bad of a deal. You can either have the order go to you to have printed locally, or you can use one of the labs in their "network" to have the prints done and shipped.
Actually, EZPrints (I believe they do the DPCPrints orders) is in their network of labs.
I'm working with my local lab, or I would probably look into using them, since the DPCPrints upgrade doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. (Note - I'm sure work is being done on the backend, but unfortunately that doesn't help us now)
