I have a really cool neighbour, he is friendly, always positive, in a good mood, helpful, but he has had to survive with a heart that only works at 25% He has been on the waiting list for years, and last night he got a new heart!
I really don't want anything to happen to him, so would appreciate a small prayer for him before you go to sleep tonight (Or when reading this).
my father had an enlarged heart from sleep apnea and it had a very seriously diminished capacity to work as well. My thoughts are with your neighbour. My father passed away in October of 2000 after a lengthy coma following a massive heart attack.
I REALLY HOPE HE IS GONNA BE OK!! I'll say a prayer for him. My dad has also died of heart problems 2 years ago and I still can't get over it.
I know exactly what you're going through, vivien. I loved my father, he was a wonderful, honest, generous, loving person and I still have dreams that he is not dead. *big warm hugs*

My mom got a new heart almost three years ago... My family has lived through this. Our thoughts are with you,
