Hi all...I've kind of been away, so if this has been discussed, sorry. I was surfing a bit and found this article. I didn't check to see if anyone used this camera, but thought I'd post the article just in case...

I guess the recall is for a few models of the DiMAGE 7i. You can return it and get it fixed for free. All info for doing that is in the article.
I'm going back to the couch now to continue recovery for flu turned pneumonia. I hope to be back for the Fruits and Vegetables challenge.

This got bumped from the front page so fast, that i wanted to bring it up again so anyone who missed it might get a chance to see it.

Phew! I just missed it. But my serial number is really close to one of the ranges.

I wonder how they can determine so specifically which ones will be affected? Hmmmmm...

Guess I'll find out when it blows up in my face. ;)

Serial Number Range:
95217273 through 95219999
96201000 through 96226022


there are the serial numbers if that helps anyone too ... mine falls just outside them as well ... but your camera falls in between - go to the site it tells ya what to do :)
