Thanks for the comments. That day I got some excellent photographs on the Monterey side early that morning and afternoon for there was no fog. At the time I took that picture of the woman bicyclist. I was a little disappointed from the fog. I saw her when I got out of my car but I went to the golf course across the road to take pictures of the golfers teeing to the green across water. When I came back I took, no don't tell anyone, a snapshot, (you never heard them words from me), I should have taken her picture after I got out and took my time but I was a little perturb. This image reminds me of that day. You got to take it in stride and take pictures of other things, I went black and white a lot for the blending in with the fog. I had to shoot close in color. It was the first time I had been to Pebble Beach and I wanted to get a clear shot of the famous lone tree. I didn't bring my tripod but I set my camera on a fence to get the best shot possible with the fog of the lone tree. I had been to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel a lot for I once used to make deliveries there every week. I love that area there but it is for the rich, they have some nice big homes there. |
