Though Zoos are great, being able to see animals in a setting as they would be found in nature is a pleasant change. Many animals at the Wild Animal Park are being brought back from endangered lists, and in some case, prevented from extinction through the efforts of the park. Was nice being able to photograph them without cages, bars or fences in the way.
Had a chance to edit a few shots from the park and wanted to share them, and have them in a folder for easier viewing.

That's a blast from the past, Brad... One of my clients was Liebhardt, Weston & Goldman, the Architects & Planners of the Wild Animal park. I phtographed it for them, and for several magazines, from its first opening off-and-on for 15 years or so. It's a hell of a place ain't it?
Nice shots too. Oddly I never went shooting the animals when I was there, except inasmuch as they were models in my architectural shots.
And big too!! I forget the square miles, but seem to remember them saying something like being able to put 4,000 football fields on the property. (or was it 400 ??)
