The Search page is very painfully slow to open for people that are on a modem dial-up because it is loading 500 thumbnails (congrats on meeting your goal of 500+ photos by the weekend! :) . I would suggest setting the initial default to something like 100. People are going here to search anyway, so the initial list of thumbs shouldn't be too important to them.
Right now, it's using your image browsing preferences (images per row, rows per page). Do you think we should ignore those preferences for DPCPrints and concentrate on a specific set of browsing parameters?
Nope, don't ignore them. I guess I didn't realize that I had set them so high (or that they were used on DPCPrints, too)! And for a user that's not logged in, DPCPrints only shows 40 entries, which is fine. :)
