Because of current events I will have to take a break from DP Challenge. I will try to check back and do some critiques from time to time but I don't see having much time to take part in challenges. I've really enjoyed my time spent here and hope I can participate again soon. Thanks for your support.

Glad you got your 10D, I haven't got mine yet and I probably won't see it for awhile as I had sent to my parents house. I must of acted to slow as I was told it isn't expected to ship until mid-April.
Jimmy, if Kosovo area, take your camera for some great photo ops.
If somewhat south of that, keep your head down, your hard hat on and the sand out of your lens.
When the smoke clears, we can swap stories, and I will tell you some lies and war stories of WWll.
Hope you get an interesting assignment.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. Thanks for support from the comments and well wishes through e-mails. Luckily I haven't been deployed and I don't think I will. I am suppose to finish my time in the military come May(if the war doesn't keep me in). However, because several of my collegues have been sent to that region I have been working 10-12 hour shifts for the past two weeks plus more to follow. This will still pretty much keep me out of the DPC picture for awhile. Another piece of information. I was informed today that I was accepted to Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond for the fall semester but I was declined a chance to enter the Photography/Film department. As you can imagine I am a little bummed out. Again thanks for your support, especially for those in that region right now.
Jimmy I hope this all works out for you. Terrible set back and delay for you and so many right now. I'm proud of your attitude and all the other young guys and gals. Keep your chin up.
