In all honesty, I think it's kind of tough to critique some photos. If you could say click the "Critique Club" button and be issued 5 random ones from lately to choose from, then click on the one you wanted to critique, I'd be more prone to click the button. After you critiqued the photo, you could return to that page, or click a 'randomize' button that would issue you 5 more random entries.
I hate getting the next one in queue -- maybe someone else in the CC likes a specific aspect of photography and knows a lot about it and can offer much more help than I could in that subject.
For example, let's say CC Member A does a lot of landscape photography and hates shooting, and knows little about portraits -- but CC Member B does a lot of portraits but hates shooting landscapes. It doesn't seem right to have CC Member A being generated a portrait when CC Member B is generated a landscape.
I realize this might lead to the point where there are photos in queue that have been sitting for quite some time. But after photos have been in the queue for a x amount of time -- say two weeks or so -- they would generate a red flag and be displayed under a special menu like 'Flagged Entries' or something so we knew that we had to get them done.

Any comments or improvements would be great. We have to do something, obviously, to get this done because there are quite a few photos sitting in the queue at this point.
